1. Who we are

NEXXAI ("we", "us") is an AI-first product and software studio. For any privacy question, contact us at santiago@nexxai.world. We act as the data controller for the information described below.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company and message so we can reply to your enquiry.
  • Usage and device data. With your consent, we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you reached the site.
  • Visitor identification. With your consent, our marketing tools may identify the company (and, where permitted, the person) associated with a visit, using cookies and your IP address.

3. Cookies we use

You control non-essential cookies through our banner and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Analytics and marketing cookies are on by default; you can opt out at any time and we will stop loading them.

4. Third parties we share data with

  • Apollo (website visitor tracking and identification). Receives your IP address and on-site activity when you consent. Apollo is US-based, so this can involve a transfer outside the EEA.
  • Formspree processes our contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
  • GitHub Pages hosts the site; Google Fonts and a CDN serve fonts and icons. These may log standard request data such as IP address.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Consent for analytics and marketing cookies and visitor identification.
  • Legitimate interest / steps toward a contract for responding to enquiries you send us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email santiago@nexxai.world. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. We will revise the date above when we do.
